About Us

We’re Next Step Fitness. Train in private - Look good in public. Live well - Age well.

Next Step Fitness is the successor to Fitness Together, a personal training studio. We specialize in one-on-one personal training.
We also offer Nutrition Consultations and Family and Friends small group training (up to four people) is available on request.

Our owner got into this business because he wants to make as big of an impact on others as he and his wife experienced personally as clients. We invite new clients to sign up for a fitness assessment to begin to experience our premier personal training.
